FAQs
The program fee is only for the 1-year diploma and language training in India. The subsequent 2-3 years of training in Germany are fully sponsored by the industry partner, meaning zero tuition fees, and you receive a monthly stipend.
The key differences are the duration and language level required in Germany. Healthcare programs are 3 years and require B2 German due to patient interaction. Technology programs are 2 years and require B1 German.
While no program can legally "guarantee" a job, the German company invests over €60,000 in your training because they have a vacancy to fill. The conversion rate from trainee to full-time employee is extremely high, as the entire system is designed to retain the talent they have trained.
The IGSP is designed as a integrated bridge to ensure your success. The 1-year foundation in India equips you with the basic skills and, most importantly, the German language proficiency required to secure a contract and thrive immediately upon arrival in Germany. It is the most structured and secure path.
