2. Webinar Registration Fees

All payments collected through our Website are exclusively for webinar registrations. Each registration is personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the webinar session for which it was purchased.

3. Cancellation by Participant

• Once registration is completed and payment is made, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted from the participant’s end.
• Participants are advised to review all details carefully before making a payment.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Company

• If a scheduled webinar is canceled or rescheduled by the Company, participants will be notified by email.
• If the webinar is canceled permanently, a full refund will be issued to the participant’s original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• If the webinar is rescheduled, participants may either attend the new session or request a refund within 3 business days of the reschedule notice.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original mode of payment used during registration.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Non-attendance at the webinar after successful registration.
• Technical issues at the participant’s end (internet failure, device malfunction, etc.).
• Incorrect contact details leading to missed communications.
