MeduClinic Healthcare Private Limited (MHPL) is a part of the MOKSH group, which is focused on education and skill training. It is a fully owned subsidiary of MOXSH, a publicly listed company on the National Stock Exchange. While the parent company is focusing on student mobility & online coaching for the healthcare sector, our company is focused on Skill workforce migration of the Indian healthcare workforce.
A huge demand for the skilled workforce has been identified by us in Germany. Starting with a focus on the healthcare sector, the company has 3 different products to offer to Indian students looking to settle in Germany .
The company has designed its own “Indo German Skill Program” wherein the student would be going through the first 2 years of healthcare skill courses approved by NSDC and then placed within the vocational skill training centres in Germany. Currently, our company has signed an MOU with multiple paramedical institutes in various cities offering A.D.Voc level certified courses by NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation, a Govt of India initiative under the Ministry of Skills). On completion of the course, the company will place them in German vocational training centres, providing absolutely free training along with industry sponsorship towards living costs, leading to an earning potential of Rs. 30 Lacs+ in Germany.
Around 20 million healthcare workers between the ages of 18 and 25 years either study paramedical / nursing or have passed and are working in the Indian healthcare ecosystem. Their average salary is Rs. 3 Lacs per annum. With our German class up to B2 level, along with placement services, the students will become a part of the German healthcare system.
Germany requires 20,000 Global nurses every year for the next 5 years! The graduate nurses from India earning around Rs. 4 Lacs per annum on average have a huge potential to jump their scale by 10X by going to Germany.
With our German class up to B2 level, along with placement services, the nurses with 2 years of experience have a chance to become a part of the German healthcare system.
India and Bharat are different. India has less population but a huge number of doctors, specialist consultants, hospitals, care centers and clinics for healthcare delivery. However, Bharat has a high population but skewed ratio of healthcare eco system. The cost in Bharat is too low while the cost in India is rising constantly.
The company is designing and developing AI based health technology to deliver affordable and accessible uniform and quality care to the patients. The technology is on the drawing board and is planned to be soft launched in the Indian market in 2027 for the pilot.
On successful pilot, the project would be implemented across MeduClinic in 2028. It may be noted that the company is planning to create a network of Medu-Clinic with franchisee mode (working on FOCO model) with physical centers in 200+ cities by Dec, 2028.

As a Director in the parent company MOKSH and an experience in MNC for the last 20 years, he will be focusing on developing network of 100+ MeduClinics across Western India in 5 States.
With a 20+ years of experience in Military along with last 7 years in education field handling franchisees of reputed brands, he is keen to develop 150+ MeduClinics across 6 states & UT in South India.
With a 22+ years of experience in education & franchisees, he has vowed to open 100+ MeduClinics in the North India in the next 3 years. Product training & business insights in education field is his key forte.
I think my strength is to innovate and create business values. From creating opportunities to become a doctor to teaching these medicos for last 12 years at MOKSH in the position of Founding CMD, I would love to guide the next generation to build scalable & sustainable businesses in the filed of medical education and healthcare.
