Core Responsibilities
- Support qualified nurses in basic patient care
- Help with hygiene, mobility, nutrition (feeding, bathing, dressing)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist in positioning bedridden patients and changing bedsheets
- Provide emotional support and companionship to elderly or sick patients
- Maintain cleanliness, assist in documentation

Skills Required
- Basic care knowledge and hygiene
- Empathy, patience, reliability
Eligibility Criteria
- 10th or 12th grade pass
- German language level A2 to B1 (depending on school/employer)
- Motivation letter and German-format CV
- Medical fitness certificate
- Police clearance
- School certificate recognition (may be required in some federal states)
- Some programs require a short internship (Praktikum) or trial day
