Eligibility Criteria
PCB/PCM/PCMB
- Advise customers on savings accounts, loans, insurance, and investments
- Process account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and money transfers
- Support clients in online & digital banking
- Handle credit card, loan, and mortgage applications
- Perform back-office operations (documentation, compliance, account management)
- Assist with financial planning & investment products
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
- Minimum 12th grade / High School Certificate (Abitur or equivalent)
- Good academic record in Mathematics, English, Economics
- German Language: Minimum B1, preferably B2
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in finance, banking, and customer service
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Online Banking tools)
- Paid stipend from day one (€850 – €1,200/month)
- No tuition fees (company covers training costs)
- Dual training: 50% in bank branch + 50% in vocational school
