Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify digital transformation opportunities
  • Implement IT solutions to improve workflows and data management
  • Collaborate with software developers and IT departments for system integration
  • Manage and evaluate digital tools, platforms, and technologies
  • Handle IT-related project documentation and data protection compliance
  • Train staff on new digital tools and systems

Requirements for Indian Students

  • 12th grade pass (Commerce, Science, or Computer stream preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Commerce (optional, but advantageous)
  • German language proficiency B1–B2 (Goethe/telc certified)
  • Recognition of Indian school certificates via ANABIN/ZAB
  • Valid passport, police clearance certificate, and medical fitness certificate
  • German-format CV and motivation letter
  • Willingness to integrate into German business and IT culture
