Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic & international air cargo shipments
  • Prepare customs and freight documents as per regulations
  • Track and monitor shipments using logistics software
  • Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients
  • Manage warehouse and cargo handling schedules
  • Calculate freight costs and prepare invoices

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of logistics & supply chain processes
  • Strong communication skills (German & English)

  • Intercultural competence for dealing with global clients

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate with good grades in English, Mathematics, and Commerce subjects
  • German Language Level: Minimum B1 (Goethe/telc), B2 preferred for better employability
  • Recognition of School Certificates: Via ANABIN/ZAB for equivalence in Germany
  • Other Requirements: Medical clearance (fit to work in logistics/airport environment), Police clearance certificate, Motivation letter & German-format CV, Willingness to adapt to German work culture and shift timings
