Core Responsibilities
- Operate trucks, buses, or specialized vehicles for transporting goods or passengers.
- Plan and follow efficient routes in compliance with road safety and traffic regulations.
- Load, secure, and unload cargo, ensuring minimal damage.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain transport logs, delivery notes, and digital records.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Skills Required
- Technical Skills: Vehicle operation (trucks, buses), navigation systems, and basic mechanical knowledge.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work long hours or shifts.
- Problem-solving skills for unexpected route or cargo issues.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations in transport.
Educational Qualification
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class 12) with strong skills in English and Mathematics; vocational driving experience is an advantage.
German Language Level
- Goethe/telc B1 minimum for application; B2 recommended for better integration.
Recognition of School Certificates
- Verification through ANABIN or assessment via ZAB.

Additional Requirement
- Willingness to adapt to German work culture, work in shifts, and obtain required German driving licenses (Class C/CE or D, depending on vehicle type).
