Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate road, rail, or public transport traffic operations.
- Operate traffic control systems, including signals, signs, and monitoring equipment.
- Respond to incidents, accidents, and service disruptions in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and emergency services.
- Plan and schedule transportation routes for efficiency and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of traffic operations and incidents.

Skills Required
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of traffic management systems, scheduling tools, and transport safety regulations.

- Multitasking ability under high-pressure situations.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Customer service orientation for passenger interactions.
Educational Qualification
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class 12) with good grades in Mathematics, English, and preferably IT or Geography-related subjects.
German Language Level
- Goethe/telc B1 minimum for application; B2 recommended for better performance and integration.
Recognition of School Certificates
- Verified via ANABIN database or assessed by ZAB.
