Core Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare postal items for dispatch and delivery routes
- Organize and track parcels using logistics software
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Ensure compliance with postal regulations and company quality standards
