Core Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international freight shipments.
- Prepare transport documentation, including invoices, customs clearance papers, and delivery notes.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and service providers.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistical delays.
- Provide customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Manage cost calculations and prepare offers for clients.

Skills Required:

Educational Qualification:
- Minimum – Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class 12) with good grades in English, Mathematics, and Business/Commerce subjects.
German Language Level:
- Goethe/telc B1 minimum for application; B2 recommended before starting.
Recognition of School Certificates:
- Verify via ANABIN database or apply for assessment through ZAB.
