Core Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate domestic and international freight shipments.
  • Prepare transport documentation, including invoices, customs clearance papers, and delivery notes.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and service providers.
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistical delays.
  • Provide customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage cost calculations and prepare offers for clients.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, logistics software, and customs regulations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Intercultural competence for global client interaction.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum – Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class 12) with good grades in English, Mathematics, and Business/Commerce subjects.

German Language Level:

  • Goethe/telc B1 minimum for application; B2 recommended before starting.

Recognition of School Certificates:

  • Verify via ANABIN database or apply for assessment through ZAB.

Other Documents:

  • Valid passport
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Police clearance certificate (PCC)
  • Motivation letter and German-format CV

Additional Requirement:

  • Willingness to adapt to German work culture, punctuality, and teamwork norms.
