Core Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international freight shipments.
- Prepare transport documentation, including invoices, customs clearance papers, and delivery notes.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and service providers.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistical delays.
- Provide customer service and maintain client relationships.
- Manage cost calculations and prepare offers for clients.

Educational Qualification
- Minimum – Higher Secondary School Certificate (Class 12) with strong grades in Mathematics, Business, or Commerce subjects.
German Language Level
- Goethe/telc B1 minimum for application; B2 highly recommended before starting training.
Recognition of School Certificates
- Check via ANABIN database or apply through ZAB for recognition.
