Eligibility Criteria
PCB/PCM/PCMB
Core Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist hotel guests during their stay
- Handle check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Work in different hotel departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales)
- Plan and organize events or conferences
- Assist with billing and customer service
Working Areas:
- Hotels, resorts, conference centers, cruise ships, hospitality chains
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in hospitality and tourism
Educational & Other Requirements:
- 10th or 12th pass (any stream)
- German language level A2–B1 (varies by region)
- Motivation letter + German-format CV
- Medical fitness certificate
- Police clearance certificate
- Recognized school certificates
- Some programs require a Hospitation (trial day) or internship
