Core Responsibilities:

  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and wood-based materials for furniture, buildings, and interiors
  • Constructing frameworks, cabinets, doors, windows, and staircases according to design plans
  • Repairing and restoring wooden structures, furniture, and fittings
  • Operating woodworking machinery and using hand tools for shaping, joining, and finishing
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Applying finishes such as varnishes, stains, or paints to protect and enhance wood surfaces

  • Heritage restoration and custom woodworking shops

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and assembling wood structures

  • Ability to operate woodworking tools and machinery safely
  • Attention to detail and precision craftsmanship
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Problem-solving and teamwork skills

Educational Qualification:

  • 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate (any stream, basic mathematics preferred)

German Language Level:

  • Minimum B1 (Goethe/telc) – B2 recommended for better career growth

Recognition of School Certificates:

  • Via ANABIN/ZAB for equivalence in Germany

Other Requirements:

  • Medical clearance (fit for manual and outdoor work)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Motivation letter and German-format CV
  • Willingness to adapt to German work culture and craftsmanship standards
