Core Responsibilities:
- Inspecting wooden structures for damage caused by pests, moisture, or environmental factors
- Treating and protecting wood against termites, fungi, and weather damage using chemicals and coatings
- Carrying out repair, renovation, and reinforcement of damaged wooden parts in buildings
- Applying insulation and protective barriers to prevent moisture and heat loss in structures
- Advising clients and contractors on wood preservation techniques and materials
- Following safety and environmental regulations in handling chemicals and tools

- Residential and commercial building maintenance
- Heritage building restoration
- Construction and renovation projects
- Industrial facilities with wooden infrastructure
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of wood properties and protective treatments
- Ability to identify structural damage and recommend solutions
- Precision in applying protective coatings and treatments
- Understanding of safety and environmental protection standards
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
Educational Qualification:
- 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate (any stream, basic science knowledge preferred)
German Language Level:
- Minimum B1 (Goethe/telc) – B2 preferred for better job opportunities
Recognition of School Certificates:
- Via ANABIN/ZAB for equivalence in Germany
Other Requirements:
- Medical clearance (fit for physical and outdoor work)
- Police clearance certificate
- Motivation letter and German-format CV
- Willingness to adapt to German work culture, safety practices, and environmental standards
