Core Responsibilities
- Apply plaster, stucco, and decorative coatings on interior and exterior walls
- Smooth and level surfaces in preparation for painting or wallpapering
- Restore historical building facades with detailed plasterwork
- Mix and prepare plaster materials by hand or machine
- Install insulation and thermal protection layers in walls and ceilings
- Work according to construction plans and maintain high surface quality

Skills Required
- Manual skill and attention to surface detail
- Physical strength and stamina

- Ability to work independently and in a team
Requirements
- 10th or 12th pass / ITI (preferably civil, painter, or construction trades)
- Minimum B1 (Goethe/telc certified), B2 preferred
- Via ANABIN or ZAB for Ausbildung eligibility
- Required for visa processing and job entry
- Mandatory in German (tabular format)
- Important – especially for safety, teamwork, and high craftsmanship
