Eligibility Criteria

PCB/PCM/PCMB

Core Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting buildings and structures for water damage, leaks, and moisture penetration
  • Applying waterproofing materials such as bitumen, membranes, sealants, and coatings
  • Installing drainage systems and vapor barriers to prevent moisture infiltration
  • Repairing and maintaining roofs, basements, terraces, and foundations
  • Following technical drawings and work plans for waterproofing projects
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations

Working Areas:

  • Residential and commercial building construction
  • Industrial plants and warehouses
  • Infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, dams)
  • Restoration and maintenance of heritage buildings

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of waterproofing materials, tools, and application methods
  • Ability to detect and assess moisture-related damage
  • Technical understanding of drainage and sealing systems
  • Physical stamina and capability for outdoor and high-altitude work
  • Attention to detail and precision in application
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

  • 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate (any stream, basic science knowledge preferred)

German Language Level:

  • Minimum B1 (Goethe/telc) – B2 preferred for better career advancement

Recognition of School Certificates:

  • Via ANABIN/ZAB for equivalence in Germany

Other Requirements:

  • Medical clearance (fit for physical, manual, and outdoor work)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • Motivation letter and German-format CV
  • Willingness to adapt to German work culture, climate, and safety standards
